But I don't see anywhere what the "purchase" means? Is it some specific price or any donation amount?
The full licencing infomation is in the attached licence file. To summerize; you are welcome to use these assets for free for personal project, and for commercial projects once the assets are purchased at the suggested price (or above) for the pack. For any commercial project, remember to add the credit as stated :)

This asset pack does not include clothes. Have a look at the expanded pack (https://penzilla.itch.io/protagonist-character-expanded), you might find what you need there.

Thanks, those are cool and cozy assets. And btw, which color palatte did you use or which color palatte would fit best with it?
The character is set up to be white, and therefor fit with a multitude of palettes. I always make my own colorpalettes.

Great set! Can you add a Dash, Wall grab, Swim idle, Swim left/right, Spawn, Double-jump sprite, Duck/Crouch, Magic/Spell cast pose, Status Afflicted, Sleeping frames, Petting poses, Watering poses, Smithing poses, Attach Charge-up, Attack Charge Release? From top-down perspective.
