Hi, thank you for asking! I have a tile set package that goes with the character (they are made together). I also have several other asset packs on my profile, both pixel-art and other :)
the game code is open source. you can take and use it anyway you want. i made this game with unity. i recommend watching code monkey intermediate youtube tutorial. it was very helpful to me. i suggest you learn these design patterns.
1. singleton (it works great with unity but it has a bad reputation)
2. state pattern
3. object pooling
4. observer pattern (events)
5. solid principles (mostly understand interfaces and separation)
the code does not have to be perfect, it just needs to work and it should be open to further change. good luck.
Penzilla this is just perfect there are all the animations you will ever need and very easy to make its amazing but I feel it needs a different asset other than the mushroom tile set something bloomy, lust, dark, mysterious and blue I cant explain very well, i have a question can you give the character a name I called it rob any suggestions but other than that 5 stars
I'm not currently planning to expand on this character in terms of more animations, but I'm noting the suggestions if I should do so in the future. Thank you for the feedback :)

But It Has A Problem, It Dont Have A Climbing Animation.
It Would Be Ultra Good To Have A Climbing Animation But It Sadly Dont Have, If You Can Do It, Can You Do A Climbing Animation?
